Traditional Chinese Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a complex healing system that has been practiced in China for over 4000 years. When we are unwell it is a reflection of our physical, mental or spiritual body being in disharmony. The purpose of acupuncture is to treat the disharmonies by re-balancing the body’s natural energy flow, known in China as Qi (Chi), ensuring Yin and Yang energies are in harmony. This is achieved by inserting very fine needles into specific points on the body, tapping into the natural Qi system. The body is then offered the ability to re-balance itself and return to a state of good health and harmony.

Swedish Massage Therapist
Callum is a cross disciplinary Holistic Therapist. He started his career as a dancer which is what peaked his interest in the inner workings of the body. Natural course of injury after injury lead him to train as a yoga teacher to best understand what dance had done to his body and how would be best to heal it. This sparked a long journey of discovering healing modalities including Reiki and meditation, learned and practiced around the world.
Callum eventually trained in anatomy and body massage and instantly began to join the dots from yoga training. Using restorative posture and Swedish massage techniques he takes a holistic approach, treating the body as a whole.
In Callum’s massage sessions you can expect a full consultation and assessment where you can discuss any current issues and work out a treatment plan that best works for you and your health goals.
